To bring "Hope, Dream and Happiness" to Youths.
To cultivate the spirit of the arts in young people and to support their efforts in becoming an artist.

1, Produce a fund-raising performance once a year and invite young students at no charge.

To give an environment to experience the live music, dance and other arts in their young age.

2, Proceeds (donations and profits) will go to a scholarship fund for ballet students.

3. Future fund-raising performances could also provide scholarships for music lessons

One child free with one adult. (Age of three to high-school students are free)
